Los Angeles: U.S. President Donald Trump visited Los Angeles, where he criticized the handling of wildfire management during his visit.
Trump openly expressed his dissatisfaction with California Governor Gavin Newsom during their meeting. Previously, Trump had also criticized the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) during his visit to hurricane-affected areas in the region.
A North Carolina lawmaker suggested dismantling FEMA and delegating its responsibilities to other entities. Governor Newsom, however, chose not to accompany Trump during his visit to the disaster-affected areas.
