KATHMANDU: All scheduled hearings in the Supreme Court for today have been postponed following the unfortunate passing of former Justice Udayaraj Upadhyaya.
The Supreme Court administration announced the decision to not conduct any hearings in person as a mark of respect for the late judge.
The Supreme Court’s regular proceedings, including cases that were slated for Tuesday, will not take place due to the mourning period following the demise of Justice Udayaraj Upadhyaya.
The decision aims to honor his significant contributions to the legal field and his dedicated service to the judiciary.
