Kathmandu. Class 12 results are published. National Examination Board Chairman Mahashram Sharma held a press conference and announced the exam results.

The class 12th examination was conducted from May 26th to June 5th in examination centers across the country. Around 4.5 lakh students participated in the examination. The examination was conducted in 1,453 examination centers. It is arranged that the students will get the grade sheet only if they get minimum 35 percent marks in the theoretical part of each subject.

Last year, only 48 percent students in class 12 got their grade sheet. Among them, up to 2 subjects are NAG (Non Graded) immediately and the remaining 56 thousand have taken the grade increase exam this year. By amending the letter grading guidelines, it has been arranged that only the subject in which NG is given can give the grade increase exam. Earlier, if NG came in more than two subjects, it was compulsory to take the exam in all subjects the next year.
